The Art of Deliberate Creation

When you come to understand that you really are the creator of everything in your life, at first it can appear quite uncomfortable because in the past or present you've experienced bad things and you know that you would never intentionally hurt yourself or cause bad things to come to you, so why are they showing up?

I firmly believe that you are the creator of everything in your life - everything that is good and everything that is bad. I believe you're responsible for having that scrape on your car, or the bird poop landing on your shoulder. I believe that the reason your bank account is so low is because of you. Stop blaming your mother, your father, your aunty, your uncle, your circumstances, your boss, your friend, your missed opportunity, your disability and all of your other problems for your misfortune. All of that stuff is called 'so what' and does not serve you.

It is essential that you take back your power and your control over your life circumstances. There are some key points to becoming a deliberate creator and within this article I will touch upon them.

First, understand that you've created it all. Look around you and see what's good and what's bad. Realise that the scrape on your car door wasn't caused by your visualising yet it was caused by your worrying towards someone damaging your property or your feelings towards people who do hit and runs. Start finding the correlation between everything whether it be good or bad. Notice that you've created it and start to take responsibility.

Once you're at this stage (and it will take some time) you're now in a place where you can start to deliberately affect your future experiences. The next stage is to deliberately feel good in as many moments as you can. Make the decision that feeling good really means something to you and that feeling good is your birthright.

When you feel good, you're in vibrational resonance with everything that you've been wanting. The better you feel the more good things are on there way to you. This really is the crux of it all, if you can deliberately feel good for an entire 16 hours a day, what do you think the outcome will be of your future experiences? Do you think just a little good is going to come to you? Or a lot? You deserve the best and you deserve so much more than you have currently been living - so make the decision right now that feeling good really does mean something to you and practice feeling good in as many moments as you can.

The next stage is to pay attention to your feelings. Your feelings inside of you are the best indicator of whether you're moving towards something good or something bad. Have you ever walked into a room and felt 'bad vibes' before? Those are the feelings I am on about! And those are the feelings that you must pay strong attention to.

Once you practise doing this, you will soon see that you are able to feel your way through life. If it feels good - do it. If it feels bad, run a mile and find something that does feel good.

As simple as it sounds, these are the core elements to becoming a deliberate creator. It will take practise but believe me, it is so worth it. Take control of your life and enjoy it to the fullest.
